We provide free shipping worldwide. Please note that if you are ordering outside of the EU your local customs office may charge additional tax and duties.
All orders & rentals are delivered by DHL.
When placing your order please ensure that the shipping address details are correct. When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.
We process and send orders during our main service hours with DHL, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm CET with the exception of Swedish public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email stating the DHL tracking number in order for you to check the status of your order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer free return service, provided you return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
The item(s) should be returned, unused and with all tags still attached.
Our branded boxes are considered to be a part of the product and must be returned with the item(s).
This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state.
Your money will be refunded when your return has been received and our team has checked the item(s) that they are delivered in great condition.
